Is there a difference?
Two words interest and commitment. Is there a difference in what someone is saying to you with the use of these words? I think so, and it has been my experience over the years that brings me to my opinion.
Let's talk about interest. Interest says to me I want more information, it says I am listening. It says that I may want to do something that you are telling me about.
Now commitment on the other hand. This says to me I am in. I have made my mind up that this is something I will do. There is no need for further discussion.
Now when it comes to these two words and your business, which one are you looking for? Do you want the one that gets involved and says I am interested or the one that says, we are going to take this one all the way to the top! I don't know about you but to me there is a huge difference. Mostly the difference is in the mindset. Mindset can break or make someone. If someone makes their mind up that they are committed to something, nothing can or will stop them from doing what ever it is that they are involved with.
When you are in business it is important to know where your people stand and what level they are on. Learn this now and save yourself alot of time, headache, and aggravation. If you have someone that you want to help and they are not committed you may want more for them than they do and you will beat your head against the wall trying to get them into success, when it is not you or your teaching it is simply them.
I hope this helps you or someone you know and you will share it accordingly. Please follow and comment if you like as I use the comments to tailor my post. Thanks alot for stopping by and letting me help you.
