    You could not be more right Kris...I am my best tool and try to maintain that daily.
    People need to look in the mirror and see if they like the person they see,,if not improve it until they do

    I knew where you were going when you started and you are absolutley right! In this age of busy-ness, it is too easy, even for those who know the need to "Sharpen the Saw'" to forget to do so! That is why being part of a team whose members can coach, remind, and support oneanother, is so important! I'm glad to be a part of that team!
